I recently spent a delightful Christmas at Watermark Resort Caloundra, and it was a serene escape that blended luxury with the charm of nature. Our spacious three-bedroom apartment boasted spectacular water views of Pumicestone Passage from the balcony, making it a perfect spot for my travel companions and me to unwind each morning. The resort's three outdoor heated swimming pools, particularly the year-round one, allowed us to relax and splash about, even during the cooler evenings. With the beach just a 20-minute stroll along the boardwalk, we enjoyed picturesque walks, soaking up the sun at Shelly Beach, and exploring the lovely picnic areas nearby. Not to mention the local cafes and convenience for grocery shopping within arm's reach – everything we needed was easily accessible. All in all, Watermark Resort Caloundra offered a tranquil retreat filled with breathtaking views, making it a memorable getaway for nature lovers like myself.
